Our team members regularly provide suggestions or full-on proposals for improvement to our current processes; presenting new tools they have built and tested to streamline routine tasks; and develop automation to address gaps in process and to facilitate workflow between teams.
We work together within five distinct functional teams as well as client-specific multi-functional teams for contract service delivery and business development.
Account and Resource Management Team

Proposal Response Team
The proposal response team aims for excellence in developing quality documentation for a variety of different requirements. We take a great deal of pride in working with you to highlight the details of your skills and experience. We want to learn about your areas of expertise, your projects, and your achievements to convey this information to our clients. We focus on providing detailed demonstration of your work history, while keeping our documents clear and concise for evaluation. The proposal writers at IBISKA are on a continuous learning journey, honing technical writing and communication skills and keeping informed of advancing technologies.
Finance and Administration Team
Whether you’re new to working with IBISKA or have worked with us for many years, chances are you’ve communicated with at least one member of the Administration & Finance team. Known internally as “FINAD”, the Administration and Finance team at IBISKA is the go-to team for anything related to contracts, security, finance, reception, and so much more. With each member having years of professional administrative experience, this team thrives on open communication and collaboration with each other as well as various IBISKA teams to ensure that our consultants and clients receive the best service possible.

Our internal technical team is a crucial part of our organization. They work on evolving and supporting our company’s IT infrastructure to meet current and future business needs.
